Once a customer has bought a flight from an Online Travel Agency like Tui, there was no branded and simple way to upsell ancillaries like seat and bags in their ticket booking confirmation email, causing agencies like Tui to miss out on crucial revenue.

In order to create a truly seamless but elevated white label experience for Gordian's client, Tui, I took time to gather research through:
