braidlocs journey

On April Fool's day in 2016, Braidlocs was born out of 201 individual braids.

After nearly four years with loose natural hair, I had had enough of detangling and I wanted a style that would not require me to own any combs or partake in finger detangling.

I chose Braidlocs because I have really thick hair and I wanted a maintenance routine that could withstand weekly washes, as a result, I only interlock my hair.

Braidlocs has been a carefree and adventurous journey for me, I hope you'll enjoy following me on my stress-free hair journey on YouTube and Instagram.
